“Biological clock” of puberty in humans, in contrast to the other Vertebras, is ahead of the time of the full anatomical, physiological, psychological and social maturity, which gives a human the opportunity to have children.

For example, a 12-year-old girl, who has a first menstruation (from Latin “month”, “monthly”), that is also called a menarche — the manifestation of ova maturing — only theoretically can become a mother, because all the other indicators (biological, psychological, social) of her body are not ready yet to motherhood.
